Launching The Beholder Styling + Design in 2014, Leah has worked to deliver unique interior design projects, interior styling, staging and her own retail concept. Leah’s unique design style and practical senses combine her two loves, working across both commercial and residential her style always comes through combining playful elements, an incredible eye for colour with pieces, ideas and designs that are timeless, balanced and always joyful. Leah loves working closely with all her clients to bring their interior ideas to life and beyond.

HEAD HOME STAGER
With her background in Visual Merchandising in both Australia and throughout the UK, it was only natural for Mel to land in staging and styling for the Beholder. Mel heads up alongside Leah all our staging for sale, with her expertise around what is needed for a home to never be forgotten. Mel understands the visual element when selling. How to create the dream home you need, through her colour direction, install of furniture pieces and walking her clients through the entire process.

ALANA VAN EWYK
DESIGN CONSULTANT
With a background in Eyewear design and creative lead consultant for many fashion brands, Alana has teamed up with Leah to partner together to bring the interior design and furniture fit-out side of the business to life. Like Leah, Alana has a love of design, materials, colour and working towards the best-end result for the clients. Seeing through each project, the details and her eclectic mix of furniture, art and pieces makes this partnership work.

Jye is our jack of all trades. He operates the retail aspect, creates all the 3D models, rendering & construction documentation for our clients & is an avid stager whenever needed. He is known in the office as 'IT Jye' frequently running around helping all with technical difficulties.

Only 10% of buyers are able to visualise a homes potential, the rest walk away doubting the suitability of the spaces. A home styled by us will help capture the 90% of buyers who may otherwise walk away. The cost of professional styling is often below 1% of the asking price but statistically shows a 5-10% higher return on the sale price. Home staging is an investment on a better return.
